Story

Central to X-Berg is the egocentric, self-opinionated good for nothing Schorsch. Through him the viewer visits a part of Berlin where it seems to be un-cool to work, constant partying and beer is the peoples choice of lifestyle. German is becoming a strange English, Spanish, Turkish mash-up. Tourists, musicians and artist run riot, infuriating Schorsch. Fueling his opinions and actions.

X-Berg offers an insight into the heart of Berlin and its inhabitants. The show centers on the local beer shop, the Turks, the jerks, the tourists, the politicians and the punks. It’s about sex, love and sheep, absurd ambition and lazy days that still seem to get the same results. It’s about Party and Pub life and the hangovers of Berlin. The stories play with stereotypes and unexpected twists.

X-Berg doesn’t mince matters; the language is rough and non-pc. The images push the boundaries. The music is an un-compromising, fun and eclectic take on Berlin’ music style.
